Your Photo (Avatar) – This is collected when you choose to update it inside your profile OR when you submit a form with us to setup a service or product, where part of the service or product requires your photo to be displayed (for example, when we do a shoutout to you or when we promote your business on your behalf). In the case that your photo is collected in the form in such a fashion, providing your photo is always optional and not mandatory.

Your PayPal email – This is collected when you update your PayPal inside your profile or using a form on our website

Your Skype contact details – This is only collected if you yourself chose to update it inside your profile

Your Facebook URL – This is only collected if you yourself chose to update it inside your profile

Your Affiliate ID for Get Response (www.getresponse.com) – This is only collected from you when you explicitly submit it to us in a form as of a service that we provide for you because you purchased a particular membership upgrade.

Your Affiliate ID for Click Magick (www.clickmagick.com) – This is only collected from you when you explicitly submit it to us in a form as of a service that we provide for you because you purchased a particular membership upgrade.

Your Affiliate ID for Udimi (www.udimi.com) – This is only collected from you when you explicitly submit it to us in a form as of a service that we provide for you because you purchased a particular membership upgrade.

Your Affiliate ID for PayKickstart (www.paykickstart.com) – This is only collected from you when you explicitly submit it to us in a form as of a service that we provide for you because you purchased a particular membership upgrade.

Your Website URL – This is only collected if you yourself chose to update it inside your profile

Your Biographical Info – This is only collected if you yourself chose to update it inside your profile. The exact information that is collected is also dependant on what you chose to insert into this section of your profile.

Your IP Address – this is automatically collected from you when you login to your membership, when you register an account and generally when you are visiting our website.

Your login details for certain third party tools/software – we will only collect this from you if you agree to let us login to your accounts, and only if you have purchased or have the rights to a product or service that requires us to login to those accounts. We collect this information when you fill in a form for the purpose of fulfilling that service or product. For example, as part of a service that you purchased from us, we may need to login to your accounts to setup something on your behalf which is technical or difficult for you to do by yourself. In these cases, we will only collect the information if you explicitly provide it to us and give us permission to login to your account(s) and make the necessary changes or do the necessary setting up. Sometimes, when you send us incorrect login details or details that do not work, we may email you and ask for the correct details. When you reply to such an email and provide us with a new set of login details, we will collect this as if you had submitted them to us through the normal method (via a form).

 

SECTION 2 – WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION AND HOW DO WE USE IT?

Below you will find a list of uses of your personal data. Some personal data of yours may be used for multiple purposes.

  1. For the purpose of displaying your contact information to your referred members:
  • Your Name
  • Your Email Address
  • Your Photo (Avatar)
  • Your Username

The above information is displayed to your referred members. This means anyone who created an account with Earn Easy Commissions using your Referral Link. Your Referral Link is also known as your “Affiliate Link”, your “Unique Link” or your “System Link”. This is so that members can contact you (because you are their sponsor) and so that they can ask you for tips and help them get started with using the Earn Easy Commissions program.

Any member that you have referred in the above fashion will be able to immediately see your username, name and your photo or avatar upon accessing the membership area on our site. Upon clicking on your information for details, they will also be able to see your email address.

  1. For the purpose of paying you out affiliate commissions:
  • Your Username
  • Your Email Address
  • Your Name
  • Your PayPal Email

We use the above information to identify and credit you for any commissions you may have earned as part of our affiliate program. We then use your PayPal email to send the commissions to you.

  1. For the purpose of contacting you:

We use your name an email address to contact you from time to time. Below are all the scenarios in which we would contact you:

  • When you first create an account to our site.
  • When there is an update or significant change in the Earn Easy Commissions program
  • When there is an update or significant change to the website, how it works or how it looks
  • When you have submitting a ticket to our support channel(s) and we need to reply to you or ask for further information
  • When you have purchased a product and we need to email you a receipt or login details to your membership area inside www.eecmembership.com
  • When you have submitted any form within the website (in order to confirm your form submission and/or give you further instructions on what to do next)
  • When we have completed a service for you as part of a membership upgrade or product purchase and we need to let you know that it is complete and/or how to use the product/service which has just been set up for you.
  • When you have earned a new commission as part of our Affiliate Program
  • When you have successfully referred a new member as part of our Affiliate Program
  • When we have successfully paid you your commissions
  • When we have failed to pay you commissions and we need to contact you about it
  • When there is a third party tool or software that we want to recommend you and the rest of our members (this is a promotional email. You can expect to see at most 1 or 2 of these emails per month)
  • In reply to you explicitly emailing us through our support channels
  • In reply to you explicitly emailing Chuck, the founder of Earn Easy Commissions, or anyone else associated with the company
  1. For the purpose of showing off your commissions earned
  • Your name

We will display your name, a timestamp and a commission amount in a small pop up window on our site for all members to see, whenever you have earned a commission.

  1. For the purpose of displaying your purchase of a product or registration of an account
  • Your name
  • Your IP Address
  • Your location (city and country) if it is available from cross-checking your IP address

We will display your name, a timestamp, a product name and your location in a small pop up window on our site for all members to see, whenever you purchase a product or when you first register for an account with Earn Easy Commissions. We will not display your IP address, but we will use your IP Address to (possibly) extract or guess at your location.

  1. For the purpose of cleaning our email list:
  • Your Email Address

We will frequently upload our subscribers list to a third party list cleaning service. The third party will check your email against various criteria in order to label your email as either valid or otherwise. This is for the purpose of us deleting your email from our subscribers list in the case that the third party company concludes that your email is not valid OR that your email should not be marketed to or some other criteria. We will always use a list cleaning service from a company that is also GDPR compliant.

  1. No particular use, but is collected because you have explicitly updated this information inside your profile.

The above information is editable by you inside your profile within our website and we do not need this information from you. We only collect this information if you explicitly update it inside your profile. By default, we do not ask for this information from you and we do not display it publicly anywhere on our website or otherwise. We do not use any of this information and we recommend that you do not fill out this information. If you wish to delete it or change it, this is readily available by visiting your profile.

  1. For the purpose of identifying you when you fill out a form:

There are various forms throughout the website that collect the above information about you. This is in order for us to identify you and perform the specified task for/to the correct person.

The above information is collected automatically by our systems in order to detect potential security threats to our website and also to log the traffic that comes through our website.

We collect the above information whenever you make a purchase or complete a transaction with us. We use this information to identify you so that we can deliver the service or product to the correct person. We also use it to make any necessary changes to your account, if this is an intended part of the product or service.

Our shopping cart solution is hosted and managed by PayKickstart. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through PayKickstar’s data storage, databases and the general PayKickstart application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
