Terms of Purchase

This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between:

  1. You (the “Customer”)

And

  1. Earn Easy Commissions (the “Company”), registered and operating under the laws of NSW, Australia

Collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Description of Product

1.1 Under the Agreement, The Company undertakes to provide the Customer with “Pro Upgrade” (the “Product”).

1.2 The Product consists of: access and use of the membership site at www.eecmembership.com (the “Membership Site”), which hosts a number of videos, courses and resources including:

  • (a) “Digital Elites Academy” – A collection of over 15 different online video courses on digital marketing. Each course is made up of anywhere between 1 to 50 separate videos.
  • (b) A collection of email templates to use for digital marketing purposes.

1.3 The names of the courses included in “Digital Elites Academy” include:

  • 30 Days Traffic
  • 28 Day Affiliate
  • ListBuildoMatics
  • Case Studies
  • EZ Commissions
  • Fundamentals
  • Youtube HD
  • Nicheology
  • CPA Intro
  • Pay Per View
  • Pay Per Click
  • Media Buy
  • Dating Niche
  • TeeStar
  • Product Launch
  • Expert Authority
  • 30 Day Success

1.4 The Membership Site is updated on an ongoing basis. Therefore, from time to time, some videos may not be working correctly or may be missing. By purchasing the Product, Customer agrees that the Product is delivered exactly as described as long as at least 90% of the videos are working correctly.

2. Delivery of Product

2.1 This Part concerns the delivery of the Product, which is the Membership Site. The Membership Site is not a physical product and should not be treated as such. Therefore, there will be no physical delivery or shipping involved in the delivery of the Membership Site.

2.2 Delivery of Product – Access and use of The Membership Site will be delivered via email. Upon registration, an account for the Customer is automatically created for the Customer to access the Membership Site and an email is sent to the Customer to provide login details.

2.3 If for any reason Customer does not receive or cannot view the email with their login details, Customer should contact support@chucksteam.freshdesk.com.

2.4 The Product is to be considered “delivered” at the time that the account for Customer is created. This typically happens automatically within 10 minutes of checkout.

2.5 The login details to access The Membership Site, as described in 2.2, is always sent to the email address which was provided by Customer upon checkout. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct.

2.6 Failure by Customer to receive the email described in section 2.2 does not constitute a non-delivery by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • (a) Cases in which Customer fails to receive said email because the email address provided by Customer upon checkout was incorrect, invalid or misspelt
  • (b) Cases in which Customer fails to receive said email because it was sent to “spam”, redirected or “bounced” by Customer’s email provider
  • (c) Cases in which Customer cannot find said email in their inbox
  • (d) Cases in which the Company fails to send said email

2.7 In the case that the Customer loses or forgets their login details to access the Membership Site, Customer should contact support@chucksteam.freshdesk.com.

2.8 From time to time, due to technical reasons, Customer may be unable to access the Membership Site. In such cases, this does not constitute non-delivery of The Product. If Customer is unable to access The Membership Site, Customer should contact support@chucksteam.freshdesk.com.

2.9 From time to time, due to technical reasons, Customer may be able to access the Membership Site but unable to access certain content within the website, for example certain videos, courses or sections of the website. In such cases, this does not constitute non-delivery of The Product. If Customer is unable to access certain areas of the website, certain videos or certain courses, customer should contact support@chucksteam.freshdesk.com.

3. Purchase Price

4.1 In consideration for the Product, the Customer shall pay the Company the equivalent of two hundred United States Dollars and zero cents (USD $200.00).

4. Personal Data

5.1 The Customer hereby gives his or her consent to receive marketing information from the Company via email at the email address indicated by the Customer as his or her contact email address, with reservation that the Customer has a right to withdraw this consent at any time without detriment, by sending a request to support@chucksteam.freshdesk.com or clicking an “Unsubscribe” link in marketing communication received from the Company. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on consent prior to withdrawal. In this regard, for marketing and advertising purposes, market research and the Customer’s preferences research, the Customer consents to processing of his or her personal data.
